Utilization Method and Calculation Analysis of Waste Heat in Cooling Area of Roller Kiln
In response to the problem that the large amount of waste heat released by the cooling zone products of the roller kiln is rarely effectively utilized,two types of waste heat utilization structures,which are direct extraction and indirect heat exchange,are proposed.The working principles and the calculation methods for the net revenue from waste heat of the two structures are introduced.The actual net revenue from waste heat of the two structures is calculated and compared and analyzed.The results of calculations and application examples indicate that the utilization structure of indirect heat exchange for waste heat has a higher net profit effect on waste heat and practical application value.
