摘要
研究了连退板生产中影响退火炉工艺稳定控制的6个主要因素,针对温度过渡、来料板形、检修后退火炉升温、设备功能、宽薄规格深冲钢及高强钢缓冷温度偏低等问题,采取了减小温度过渡、张力偏差降速控制、优化风机操作、优化计划排查及控制参数等优化措施.结果表明:优化后的退火炉工艺控制稳定,不合格品量降低90%以上,保证了连退板的批量稳定生产.
Abstract
Six main factors affecting the stable control of annealing furnace process in continuous an-nealing plate production were studied.In response to issues such as temperature transition,incoming plate shape,annealing furnace temperature rising after maintenance,equipment function,low slow cooling tem-perature of wide and thin specification deep drawing steel and high-strength steel,the optimization mea-sures such as reducing temperature transition,speed reduction control of tension deviation,optimizing fan operation,optimizing plan investigation and controlling parameters were taken.The results show that the optimized annealing furnace process control was stable,and the amount of non-conforming products was re-duced by more than 90%,ensuring stable batch production of continuous annealing plates.
