Effects of Staged Combustion Parameters of Nitrogen-Containing Waste Gas on Pollutant Emissions
In order to obtain efficient and clean combustion mode,a detailed study was conducted on the operating parameters of a segmented incinerator for nitrogen-containing waste gas using CHEMKIN software. The results show that there is an optimal range of excess air coefficient.A lower excess air coefficient cannot raise the reduction section to a sufficiently high temperature, and an excessively high excess air coefficient can weaken the reduction effect of the reduction section, leading to higher pollutant emissions.Extending the residence time of the reduction section is beneficial for reducing pollutant emissions; The effect of reburning is constrained by the excess air coefficient and the temperature inside the furnace.
