摘要
研制了一种用于加热炉的换向阀温度检测系统.在原加热炉换向阀检测的基础上,增加部分测温电偶以弥补原测温系统的缺陷和弊端.在排烟总管测温电偶失效、上烧嘴或下烧嘴排烟温度过高而总管不超温等异常情况下,换向阀正确动作,保证了燃烧系统的稳定安全运行,同时减少了阀板密封件的更换频次,节约了成本.
Abstract
A temperature detection system for directional valves used in heating furnaces has been developed.Based on the original detection for directional valve in heating furnace,some temperature measurement thermocouples were added to compensate for the defects and drawbacks of the original temperature measurement system.In case of abnormal situations such as failure of the temperature measurement thermocouple in the exhaust main pipe,high exhaust temperature of the upper or lower burner while the main pipe does not exceed the temperature,the correct operation of the directional valve ensures the stable and safe operation of the combustion system,while reducing the replacement frequency of valve plate seal and saving costs.
