Design and Experiment of Vacuum Phase Change Boiler for Biomass Forming Fuel
A new type of vacuum phase chang e boiler for biomass forming fuel was developed to address the emission issues caused by high-temperature combustion in biomass briquette fuel boilers. The burner and hot water unit of the boiler both used a vacuum interlayer for efficient heat exchange, effectively reducing the solid-phase combustion temperature in the combustion chamber. The boiler outlet was equipped with a secondary flue gas heat exchanger to reduce heat loss. Its thermal performance and emission characteristics were tested. The results show that the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach 90.4%;The outdoor smoke exhaust temperature drops to 64℃;The average mass concentration of NO in flue gas is 145 mg/m3,the average mass concentration of CO is 195 mg/m3,and the average mass concentration of smoke and dust is 9.30 mg/m3,which meets the national emission requirements for industrial boilers in key areas and regions.
