Rear Sealing and Trolley Limit Mechanism of Trolley Type Silicon Carbon Rod Heating Furnace
A rear sealing mechanism and trolley limit mechanism are introduced for a trolley type silicon carbon rod heating furnace.The rear sealing mechanism achieves the sealing and sealing release between the trolley and the rear sealing pressure bar,as well as between the rear sealing pressure bar and the furnace body,through spring expansion and rolling tube lifting.This avoids the rapid temperature drop in the rear of the furnace caused by the trolley being discharged from the furnace,delays the oxidation of the silicon dioxide film on the silicon carbide rod at the rear of the furnace,and thus extends the service life of the silicon carbide rod at the rear of the furnace.The mechanical limit mechanism of the trolley relies on the elastic force generated by the compressed spring to slow down and stop the trolley,effectively ensuring the accurate positioning of the trolley and avoiding the collision between the trolley tail and the rear wall of the furnace which can cause the silicon carbide rod to break.
