摘要
研发冶金炉窑的复合保温结构,对不同结构设计进行模拟分析,确定最优结构设计方案,并在某混铁车内衬结构上进行实际应用.结果表明:外壳温度显著降低,有效降低了炉窑的散热损失,且此种复合保温结构可广泛应用于其他冶金炉窑上.
Abstract
The composite insulation structure for metallurgical furnaces and kilns was researched and developed.The different structural designs were simulated and analyzed to find the optimal structural design scheme.The optimal structural design scheme was applied to the lining structure of a mixed iron car.The results showed that the shell temperature was significantly reduced,and effectively reducing the heat dissipation loss of the furnace.This composite insulation structure can be widely used in other metallurgical furnaces and kilns.
