熔盐炉是片碱生产中浓缩装置最核心的设备,其运行稳定是片碱装置实现高负荷、长周期运行的保证.介绍了常见熔盐特性、熔融炉特点以及熔盐炉系统组成,详细阐述了熔盐炉开车调试过程中的4种工作模式,这有助于确保熔盐炉调试成功并安全长期稳定运行.
Abstract
Molten salt furnace is the most crucial equipment of the concentration unit in the produc-tion of flaky caustic soda.The stable operation of molten salt furnace directly determines the high load and long cycle operation of the flaky caustic soda unit.The common characteristics of molten salt,the charac-teristics of the molten salt furnace,and the composition of the molten salt furnace system were introduced.The four working modes during the start-up and commissioning process of the molten salt furnace were e-laborated in detail,which helps to ensure the successful commissioning and safe long-term stable operation of the molten salt furnace.
