摘要
设计了一种针对铝箔真空退火炉的全自动电液式双侧犁式自动卸料器以及铝箔入炉后的现场自动巡检装置.通过对现有技术进行改进和创新,解决传统作业方式中存在的效率低下、安全性差等问题,系统设计了整个炉体自动化搬运与卸料装置、涡流对流搅拌装置以及制冷通风设备、外炉门行走车、现场巡检系统和电气控制系统等部分,进一步提升设备的自动化程度,具有一定的推广与应用价值.
Abstract
A fully automatic electro-hydraulic double-sided plow type automatic discharge device for aluminum foil vacuum annealing furnace and an on-site automatic inspection device for aluminum foil after entering the furnace have been designed.By improving and innovating existing technologies,the problems of low efficiency and poor safety in traditional operation methods have been solved.It systematically de-signed the entire furnace body automatic handling and unloading device,eddy current convection stirring device,refrigeration and ventilation equipment,external furnace door walking car,on-site inspection sys-tem,and electrical control system,further improving the automation level of the equipment,which has cer-tain promotion and application value.
