针对锂电池石墨负极材料采用辊道炉烧结生产时,存在石墨物料特性差异大、烧结后物料硬度高、现场温度高、粉尘大、环境恶劣等诸多难点,设计了一种配套辊道炉烧结生产的全自动上下料系统.该系统的设计融入了高硬度物料辅助卸料技术、复杂物料自适应装钵技术和适应复杂工况的高稳定技术等,能够很好地解决锂电池石墨负极材料烧结生产中的各种难题,提高负极材料产业链关键工艺装备自动化的技术性、稳定性,突破锂电池负极材料生产工艺装备的技术瓶颈,促进锂电池负极材料产业的发展.
Design of Automatic Loading and Unloading System of Roller Furnace for Graphite Negative Electrode Materials Sintering
A fully automatic loading and unloading system for sintering production with roller furnace is designed to address many difficulties such as significant differences in graphite material characteristics,high hardness of sintered materials,high on-site temperature,large dust,and harsh environment in the sintering process of graphite negative electrode materials for lithium battery by roller furnace.The design of this system incorporates high hardness material assisted unloading technology,complex material adaptive bowl loading technology,and high stability technology that adapts to complex working conditions.It can effectively solve various problems in the sintering production of graphite negative electrode materials for lithium batteries,improve the technicality and stability of key process equipment automation in the negative electrode material industry chain,break through the technical bottleneck of production process equipment of negative electrode material for lithium battery,and promote the development of the negative electrode material industry for lithium battery.
