论述危险废物在回转窑中的综合焚烧机理,分析回转窑固相燃烧过程的关键影响因素,提出了一种包含回转窑窑头温度、窑尾温度、负压及氧含量等几个关键参数的工艺控制策略.结合人工智能建模和焚烧看火自动识别技术,可实现回转窑从人工手动控制到自动控制的转变,从而改善和提高回转窑工况的质量和稳定性,保证危险废物回转窑综合焚烧装置的长期、连续、稳定、安全、经济、高效运行.
Research on Process Control Strategy of Rotary Kiln for Comprehensive Incineration of Hazardous Waste
The comprehensive incineration mechanism of hazardous waste in rotary kilns is discussed,and the key influencing factors of solid phase combustion process in rotary kilns are analyzed.A process control strategy has been proposed,which includes several key parameters such as kiln head temperature,kiln tail temperature,negative pressure,and oxygen content.By combining artificial intelligence modeling and automatic identification technology for incineration,the transformation of rotary kiln from manual control to automatic control can be realized,thereby improving and enhancing the quality and stability of the rotary kiln operating conditions,and ensuring the long-term,continuous,stable,safe,economical,and efficient operation of the comprehensive incineration device of hazardous waste in rotary kiln.
