高效防爆剂对高纯钢包浇注料性能的影响

介绍了一种优良抗爆性能的防爆剂AC,并对比不同AC防爆剂加入量对材料抗爆裂性能及强度指标的影响.结果表明:添加AC防爆剂的试样,脱模不养护抗爆温度可以高达1 000℃,而添加防爆纤维及金属铝粉做防爆剂的试样,脱模不养护最高防爆温度只有700℃,但添加AC防爆剂后试样的强度会下降.因此,需要综合考虑材料的防爆性与强度指标,选择适当的AC防爆剂添加量,获得综合效果最佳的刚玉尖晶石浇注料.
Effect of High Efficiency Explosion-Proof Agent on Properties of High Purity Ladle Castables
An explosion-proof agent AC with excellent explosion resistance performance is introduced,and the effects of different amounts of AC explosion-proof agents on the explosion resistance performance and strength indicators of materials are compared.The results show that the sample with added AC explo-sion-proof agent can have an explosion-proof temperature of up to 1 000℃ without curing during demold-ing,while the sample with added explosion-proof fibers and metal aluminum powder as explosion-proof a-gent can have a maximum explosion-proof temperature of only 700℃ without curing during demolding.However,the strength of the sample will decrease after adding AC explosion-proof agent.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the explosion-proof performance and strength indicators of the mate-rial,select an appropriate amount of AC explosion-proof agent,and obtain the best comprehensive effect of corundum spinel castable.
