Research on Temperature Field of Single-Sided Heating Gas Annealing Furnace
Accurately understanding the heat transfer proces s inside a single-sided heating gas annealing furnace is of great significance for optimizing its thermal regime.By establishing a mathematical model of a single-sided heating gas annealing furnace, the gas flow and heat transfer process inside the furnace are simulated and calculated, and the influences of air excess coefficient and exhaust method on the temperature distribution inside the furnace are explored. The results show that there is a significant temperature stratification phenomenon along the height direction inside the furnace.Choosing a reasonable excess air coefficient and adding an upper exhaust outlet can improve the distribution of temperature inside the furnace. The relative error between simulated and experimental values of the furnace temperature is less than 10%,which can provide reference for the development and design of single-sided heating gas annealing furnaces.
