为了实现PDH反应炉炉衬的国产化替代,利用计算机数值模拟对反应炉炉衬的温度场进行有限元分析.通过ANSYS模拟计算,得到反应炉不同位置的温度场的分布情况.模型建立后,可以进行材料的选择和替代,以满足炉内使用工况以及炉壳外壁温度的要求,为耐火材料选择及合理布局提供参考依据.经过实际验证,炉壳外壁的温度满足工艺要求.
Heat Transfer Analysis and Application of Lining Structure of PDH Reactor
In order to realize the domestic substitution of PDH reactor lining,the finite element analysis of the temperature field of the reactor lining is carried out by computer numerical simulation.The distribution of temperature fields at different positions of the reactor was obtained by simulating and calculating with ANSYS.After the model is established,the selection and replacement of materials can be carried out to meet the requirements of the working conditions in the furnace and the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace shell.It provides a reference for the selection and reasonable layout of refractory materials.It has been practically verified that the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace shell meets the technological requirements.
