浅谈加热炉汽化冷却管道的三维设计应用

步进梁式加热炉对水梁的冷却主要采用汽化冷却形式,但炉底机械结构和运行方式的复杂性增加了汽化冷却管道的设计难度,使用AutoCAD进行管道设计时无法直观可视化,可能会存在干涉问题.因此,使用三维软件对汽化冷却管道进行设计,介绍了所使用三维软件的特点,并对设计应用的全流程进行详细阐述.结果表明:使用三维软件设计的汽化冷却管道模型直观性强,更易发现碰撞、干涉等问题,减少和避免设计缺陷,提高了设计效率和整体设计水平.
A Brief Discussion on Three-Dimensional Design Application of Vaporization Cooling Pipeline for Heating Furnace
The cooling of the water beam in the walking beam heating furnace mainly adopts vaporization cooling,however,the complexity of the mechanical structure and operation mode at the bottom of the furnace increases the difficulty of designing the vaporization cooling pipelines.It is impossible to visually visualize the pipeline design using AutoCAD,and there may be interference problems.Therefore,three-dimensional software is used to design the vaporization cooling pipeline,the characteristics of the 3D software used are introduced,and the whole process of design and application is described in detail.The results show that the vaporization cooling pipeline model designed using 3D software has strong intuitiveness,makes it easier to detect collision,interference and other problems,reduces and avoids design defects,and improves design efficiency and the overall design level.
