摘要
介绍了一种新型工业炉用侧开浮动式炉门装置的设计.浮动式的炉门设计解决了以往侧开式炉门长时间使用后密封性差的问题,并通过受力分析与模拟解决了侧开式炉门远端挠度较大的问题,具备较好的推广性.与传统提升式炉门相比,该炉门装置不仅密闭性更好,同时还具有更好的经济性.
Abstract
A design of a new type of side-opening floating furnace door device for industrial furnaces is introduced.The floating furnace door design solves the problem of poor sealing performance of traditional side-opening furnace doors after prolonged use,and solves the problem of large deflection at the far end of the side-opening furnace door through force analysis and simulation,which has good promotability.Compared with traditional lifting furnace doors,this furnace door device not only has better airtightness,but also has better economy.
