摘要

富/全氧燃烧因为具有提高燃料理论燃烧温度和炉膛综合传热系数、降低烟气排放量等优点,可提高炉子加热能力和降低能源消耗,被广大节能工作者推荐,但因为氧气资源和成本及其它问题的影响未被广泛应用于轧钢加热炉.本文根据国内部分轧钢企业的富/氧燃烧实践,对富/全氧燃烧在轧钢加热炉中的应用进行了系统的思考.

Abstract

Rich/full oxygen combustion is recommended by energy-saving workers due to its advantages of increasing the theoretical combustion temperature of fuel and the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the furnace,reducing flue gas emissions,thereby improving the heating capacity of the furnace and reducing energy consumption.However,it has not been widely used in steel rolling heating furnaces due to the impact of oxygen resources,costs,and other issues.Based on the rich/full oxygen combustion practices of some domestic steel rolling enterprises,a systematic consideration has been given to the application of rich/full oxygen combustion in steel rolling heating furnaces.
