摘要

汽车涂装烘干和RTO系统作为涂装车间的高能耗设备,研究其节能减排措施意义重大.本文介绍了一种汽车涂装烘干和RTO系统的节能方案,包括节能原理、工艺流程、调试验证等部分,详述了该节能方案在实际工程项目案例中的应用过程.

Abstract

The study of energy-saving and emission reduction measures for automotive coating drying and RTO system,which are high-energy consumption equipment in the painting workshop,is of great significance.The article introduces an energy-saving solution for automotive coating drying and RTO system,including energy-saving principles,process flow,debugging and verification,and details the application process of this energy-saving solution in actual engineering project cases.
