摘要
介绍了链篦机-回转窑工程中节能耐火材料的应用和综合砌筑结构设计.通过节能耐火材料的应用和关键部位耐火材料砌筑结构的节能化设计,有效降低了链篦机、回转窑、环冷机及热风管道设备的外表温度,降低了能源消耗,取得了良好的应用效果.
Abstract
The application of energy-saving refractory materials and the comprehensive masonry structure design in the chain grate-rotary kiln project are introduced.Through the application of energy-saving refractory materials and the energy-saving design of refractory masonry structures in key areas,the external surface temperature of the chain grates,rotary kilns,annular coolers,and hot air duct equipment has been effectively reduced,resulting in lower energy consumption and achieving good application results.
