一种热媒炉的模型预测控制算法

针对热媒炉换热过程复杂、系统参数之间相互耦合的问题,设计了一种基于数据驱动算法的模型预测控制器.其中被控变量为热媒出口总管温度,操纵变量为燃料流量,扰动变量为热媒入口温度和热媒流量.模型预测控制器可预测未来热媒出口温度变化情况,提前改变燃料量,克服干扰引起的波动.结果表明:模型预测控制器能够较好地处理热媒入口温度和热媒流量等干扰的影响,减少热媒出口温度波动,提高了热媒炉运行的稳定性.
A Model Predictive Control Algorithm for Heat Medium Furnace
A model predictive controller based on data-driven algorithm was designed to address the complex heat exchange process and the coupling between system parameters in a heat medium furnace.The controlled variable is the temperature of the outlet main pipe of the heat medium,the manipulated variable is the fuel flow rate,and the disturbance variables are the temperature of the heat medium inlet and the flow rate of the heat medium.The model predictive controller can predict the future temperature changes at the outlet of the heat medium,change the amount of fuel in advance,and overcome the fluctuations caused by disturbance.The results show that the model predictive controller can better deal with the influence of disturbances such as heat medium inlet temperature and heat medium flow rate,reduce the temperature fluctuation of heat medium outlet,and improve the stability of heat medium furnace operation.
