摘要

对罩式炉的历史发展、主要设备组成以及主要工艺流程进行了简要介绍,对现行的常规燃烧控制技术和节能燃烧控制技术进行阐述说明,并结合盘圆罩式炉410的具体退火工艺,通过热平衡计算对两种燃烧控制系统进行对比分析.结果表明:节能燃烧控制系统的技术具有很好的节能潜力和效果,燃料节约率可达5%~10%.最后对节能燃烧控制系统技术的应用场景以及应用过程中可能出现的问题提出了合理化的建议.

Abstract

A brief introduction was given to the historical development,main equipment composition,and main process flow of the hood type furnace.The current conventional combustion control technology and energy-saving combustion control technology were elaborated and explained.Combined with the specific annealing process of the pan circular hood type furnace 410,the two combustion control systems were compared and analyzed through thermal balance calculation.It was found that the technology of ener-gy-saving combustion control system has great energy-saving potential and effect,and the fuel saving rate can reach 5%to 10%.Finally,reasonable suggestions were put forward for the application scenarios and possible problems that may arise during the application process of the energy-saving combustion control system technology.
