Sealing Mechanism with Flipping Function for Trolley Type Gas Heating Furnace
The sealing mechanism of the existing trolley type gas forging heating furnace generally adopts the sand sealing structure,and the sand sealing groove and sand sealing knife are cast with ZGCr25Ni20.This structure has a long service life,but it is expensive and requires regular filling of sand into the sand sealing groove.After the trolley is taken out of the furnace,it will cause a rapid decrease in furnace temperature,increasing the energy consumption during the second and third forging processes.This article analyzed and studied the structural design,designed a new sealing mechanism with flipping function for trolley type gas heating furnace,and conducted 3D modeling and simulation.The results show that it is feasible.
