The development of global industrial supply chain has changed from giving priority to ef-ficiency to taking into account efficiency and safety,the domestic cyclical structural problems are super-imposed,the problem of"bottleneck"in key areas and technologies still exists,and the risks of the in-dustrial supply chain are prominent.In the next few years,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the supply chain and high-quality development,and building a industrial supply chain system that is safe,stable,smooth and efficient,open,inclusive,and mutually beneficial will still be the focus of sup-ply chain development.The trends of supply chain development in China are as follows:the emergence of ecological synergy in supply chain brings new value;the importance of supply chain resilience and securi-ty is increasingly highlighted;supply chain intelligent upgrading has become the mainstream of develop-ment;and the development of supply chain ESG has become a consensus in the industry.The problems are as follows:insufficient supply chain coordination,weak supply chain resilience management capabili-ties,limited supply chain intelligent upgrading,challenges in supply chain ESG governance,and the ur-gent need to build a supply chain standard system.The paker proposes the countrmeasuress correspundig-ly:building deep synergy of the industrial chain,innovation chain,capital chain and talent chain to form the competitive advantage of efficient innovation in the supply chain;improving resilience and security capabilities,to realize autonomous and controllable supply chain;accelerate the transformation and up-grading of the supply chain by using digitalization to form the ability to create value;promoting green,low-carbon and sustainable development capabilities to create a new paradigm of ESG governance in the supply chain;enhancing the standardization capacity of supply chain security,greenness,science and technology to gain the rapid and high-quality development of the supply chain.
