Measurement,Regional Differences and Characteristic Analysis of the Evolution of the Logistics Industry Clustering Level in China's Pilot Free Trade Zone
The improvement of logistics industry agglomeration in the pilot free trade zone is of great significance for promoting the development of trade facilitation and industrial structure upgrading, and for enhancing its competitiveness in the global supply chain.Based on the panel data from 2013 to 2022,the level of logistics industry agglomeration in the pilot free trade zone is measured by the location entropy co-efficient,and the evolutionary characteristics and regional differences of logistics industry agglomeration are analysed by using the kernel density estimation and Dagum's Gini coefficient. The results show that:①The level of logistics industry agglomeration in China's Pilot Free Trade Zones(FTZs)shows obvious differences, and the establishment of FTZs has played a certain role in promoting the development of the level of logistics industry agglomeration in most cities. The level of logistics industry agglomeration in the pilot free trade zone has increased in general, and the phenomenon of"polarisation"has improved signif-icantly,and the intra-regional difference is the main reason for the difference in the level of logistics in-dustry agglomeration in the pilot free trade zone.③The clustering of the logistics industry in China's Pilot Free Trade Zone has not yet formed a more favourable spatial correlation.
