Research on Construction Mode Selection of Logistics Digital Platform for Manufacturing Enterprises Based on T-spherical Fuzzy Environment
Nowadays,manufacturing enterprises face the challenges of globalized competition,di-versified consumer demands and rapid technological advances,and urgently need to optimize their supply chain and logistics management system,and deeply embed logistics services into the manufacturing sup-ply chain system.Scientific and reasonable decision-making tools play an important role in helping enter-prises improve their competitiveness.This paper proposes a new type of decision-making model based on T-spherical fuzzy sets and three-way multi-criteria group decision-making theory,aiming to solve the problem of the construction mode selection of logistics digital platform for manufacturing enterprises,and formulates three modes of construction strategies for different manufacturing enterprises,including build-ing their own logistics digital platform,collaborating with a third-party logistics company to build a logis-tics digital platform,and relying on the third-party logistics enterprise's digital service platform.In this paper,firstly,the evaluation attribute set is established according to the logistics digitalization foundation of manufacturing enterprises and enterprise operation,and the comprehensive evaluation matrix is ob-tained by using the multi-criteria group decision-making method.And then,it establishes the loss func-tion matrix under the T-spherical fuzzy environment,calculates the conditional probability according to the relative proximity function,and utilizes the loss function matrix in the three-way decision-making theory to calculate the probability threshold after the sub-domain,and obtains the corresponding selec-tion strategy.Finally,the practicality and rationality of the proposed method is illustrated through a case study.
