The continuous new industrialization and structural adjustment has brought opportunities for China,and the strategy of new industrialization provides new momentum for the high-quality develop-ment of economy.With the innovation of technology and production factors,there is a close and interde-pendent relationship between new industrialization,new quality productivity,and industrial value chain.The industrial endowment of the core cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is highly compatible with the new industrialization.This paper explores the positive impacts of new industri-alization on the construction of industrial value landscapes,digital empowerment transformation,and the generation of economies of scale in the Greater Bay Area.It analyzes the limitations of insufficient indus-trial breadth,homogenization of industrial tracks,and lack of industry unicorn cultivation in the practice of new industrialization,and proposes to activate the improvement of the industrial value chain by estab-lishing a flexible supply chain system,enhancing brand competitiveness,and promoting internal driven changes in enterprise management models.With the industrial value chain of Dongguan City as the re-search sample object,this paper tries to provide reference experience for the comprehensive embedding of the value chain framework into the practice of new industrialization.
