Difference Analysis of Growth and Quality of Allium Przewalskianum Regel in Simulated Rhizosphere Habitats
In order to clarify the effects of different rhizosphere habitats on the growth and development of Allium przewalskianum Regel, four rhizosphere environments were treated with sandy loam soil(T1),sandy loam soil:fermented pig manure=1∶1(T2),oak litter of Quercus aquifolioides(T3),and peat(T4)to treat the flowering period, morphological characteristics and nutritional quality of perennial A.przewalskianum were tested and analyzed. The results showed that different rhizosphere habitats had a significant impact on the flowering period of A.przewalskianum, and a loose, breathable, and nutrient rich rhizosphere habitat was conducive to promoting early flowering and bolting; There were varying degrees of differences in the absorption of five trace mineral elements by A.przewalskianum in different rhizosphere habitats. The content of Ca,Fe,B,and Se elements was higher in leaves than in underground stems, while the content of Zn elements was the opposite;Protein, crude fiber, chlorophyll and carotenoid content,as well as plant height and leaf length, all showed significant differences in different habitats.
