A Study of the Seeding Rate Selection of Thunbergii,an Indigenous Ecological Grass in the Alpine Steppe of Northern Xizang
Reasonable sowing amount is the premise of ecological restoration effect evaluation and economic investment of natural grassland,to find out the most suitable sowing amount of Kengyilia thoroldiana,a native ecological forage species in Naqu, northern Xizang,in ecological restoration of natural grassland. In this study, the seeding amounts were set at 2g/m2(A),3g/m2(B),4g/m2(C),6g/m2(D),7g/m2(E)and 8g/m2(F),and there were 6 treatments. The results of this study showed that different sowing rates had different effects on the growth and reproduction of Kengyilia thoroldiana. From the research results,it was found that the optimal sowing amount for suitable mechanized operation was 4g/m2,the optimal sowing amount for aboveground biomass was 7g/m2,and the optimal sowing amount for producing grass seeds was 6g/m2.This study can provide basic scientific data support for the application of native forage varieties in Naqu alpine grassland in northern Xizang to the ecological restoration and reconstruction of natural grassland.
