With the continuous development of information technology,mobile intelligent devices and Internet services have become an important part of campus life.In order to achieve a more comprehensive and efficient campus service vision,this article starts from the perspective of service design,sorts out the service content and development status of existing campus service platforms,and proposes design strategies such as driving personalized services with user model diagrams,mining service pain points with user journey diagrams,and optimizing service processes with service blueprints.Expand the design ideas of campus service platforms from three dimensions:focusing on personalized user needs,integrating emotional service design,and optimizing interface design.In order to provide more concise and convenient comprehensive services while meeting user needs to the greatest extent possible,and to provide valuable references for the construction of university campus service platforms.
