基于"新旧共生"理论的旧工业厂区保护与更新设计研究——以山东薛城焦化厂地块为例

在城市产业转型与城市结构调整的双重作用下,越来越多的城市旧工业厂区废弃与闲置,存在诸多社会问题。文章基于"新旧共生"理论中"新"与"旧"的"共生"关系明确了旧工业厂区保护与更新的5项设计原则,并以山东薛城焦化厂地块为例,通过实地调研的方法对其项目概况与现状问题进行分析,并从功能置换、景观重塑、流线重组、活力再生4个方面提出相应的"新旧共生"设计策略。力求通过"新旧共生"理论的引入,实现旧工业厂区历史遗产的保护和历史文脉的延续。以期为旧工业厂区保护与更新的进一步研究提供理论参考。
Research on the Protection and Renovation Design of Old Industrial Sites Based on the"New-Old Symbiosis"Theory—Taking the Xuecheng Coking Plant in Shandong as an Example
Under the dual role of urban industrial transformation and urban structure adjustment,more and more old industrial plants in cities are abandoned and idle,and there are many social problems.Based on the"symbiosis"relationship between"new"and"old"in the theory of"old and new symbiosis",this paper defines five design principles for the protection and renovation of old industrial plants.Taking the site of Xuecheng Coking Plant in Shandong as an example,the project overview and current situation were analyzed through field investigation,and corresponding design strategies for new and old symbiosis were proposed from four aspects:function replacement,landscape remodeling,streamline reorganization and vitality regeneration.Through the introduction of the new and old symbiosis theory,the preservation of the historical heritage of the old industrial plant and the continuation of the historical context are realized.In order to provide a reliable theoretical reference for the further study of the protection and renovation of old industrial plants.
