目前乘客对于火车高级软卧卧铺出行的需求正从功能型向体验型转变,为了更好地满足乘客的需求,文章以人机工程仿真软件JACK为工具,建立了仿真数字人模型和高级软卧卧铺仿真环境模型,分析了乘客上铺行为的舒适度、乘客下铺行为的可视域、依墙壁坐姿下的静态强度、卧铺的私密性及置物设施的易用性,通过上述分析得出高级软卧卧铺的设计缺陷,从人机工程学的角度对高级软卧卧铺提出设计策略,以期为高级软卧卧铺向体验型转变提供一定的参考.
Research on the Optimization Design of Train Soft Sleeper Comfort Based on JACK Simulation
At present,passengers'travel demand for advanced superior soft sleeper is changing from functional type to experience type.In order to better meet passengers'demand,this paper uses the man-machine simulation software JACK as a tool to establish the simulation digital human model and the simulation environment model of advanced superior soft sleeper.This paper analyzes the comfort of passengers'upper berth behavior,the visual field of passengers'lower berth behavior,the static strength of sleeping berth based on wall sitting posture,the privacy of sleeping berth and the ease of use of storage facilities.Through the above analysis,the design defects of advanced superior soft sleeper are obtained,and the design strategy of advanced superior soft sleeper is proposed from the perspective of ergonomics.In order to provide some reference value for the transformation of superior soft sleeper to experience type.
