Design and Evaluation of Door and Window Handle Based on AHP-FCE
To reasonably evaluate the impact of various design indicators on the performance of door and window handles,based on the characteristics of door and window hardware and the existing problems in the development of door and window handles,this article uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method(FCE)to construct a door and window handle design evaluation model.Firstly,using AHP to classify and summarize relevant design indicators,a hierarchical structure model of door and window handles is established from three aspects:shape,structure,and innovation.The comprehensive weights of various indicators in the benchmark layer of door and window handles were determined through Matlab assisted calculation.Secondly,establish an evaluation set for each design scheme using FCE,and perform synthesis calculations to obtain the evaluation results.Finally,through mutual comparison,the ranking of the advantages and disadvantages of the design schemes was obtained.In the case verification of door and window handle design evaluation,this evaluation model demonstrates objectivity and accuracy in evaluating the quality of door and window handle design schemes,and can provide quantitative analysis reference for the development and design of door and window handles.
