Design of Smart Hot Food Vending Machines Based on UCD
With the acceleration of people's pace of life and the increasing demand for dining out,the catering industry is showing a thriving development trend.In order to meet this demand,the article is based on the user centered design theory,and through user research and related product analysis,identifies and proposes the problems of intelligent vending machines mainly for hot foods such as noodles and rice noodles,and improves and innovates from the perspective of consumers.The research results show that the current development of smart vending machines for hot food requires a comprehensive consideration of multiple factors such as brand culture dissemination,product affinity,and adaptability to the environment in their design.At the same time,IoT monitoring feedback technology and entertainment modules should be added to their functions.This not only enhances the intelligence level of the product itself,but also strengthens human-computer interaction,ensuring that the product is truly user centered and serves the actual experience of users.Based on the above analysis and research,design practice has been carried out in order to create a hot food intelligent vending machine that better meets user needs.
