摘要
山东大学充分发挥一流示范引领作用,围绕网络安全实战型人才培养的特点和质量要求,在创新工作思路、探索可推广复制的工作举措上下功夫,不断深化网络安全实战型人才培养模式改革,强化思政教育,创新人才培养课程体系,着力搭建创新实训平台,培养创新实战人才,推动优质师资力量支撑,探索形成了有利于创新人才成长的育人环境,培养出一大批政治素质过硬、业务能力精湛、实战水平高超的网络安全实战型人才,并在人才培养体系建设方面进行了有益探索、积累了丰富经验.
Abstract
By fully leveraging its leading role as a first-class demonstration and focusing on the characteristics and quality requirements of cultivating practical talents in cybersecurity,Shandong University continuously deepens the reform of the training model for practical talents in cybersecurity.Through innovative work ideas and exploring replicable measures,Shandong University strengthens ideological and political education,innovates the curriculum system for talent cultivation,focuses on building an innovative training platform,cultivates innovative practical talents,promotes the support of high-quality teaching staff,and explores the formation of an educational environment conducive to the growth of innovative talents.It has cultivated a large number of network security practical talents with strong political qualities,excellent business abilities,and high practical skills,and has conducted beneficial explorations and accumulated rich experience in the construction of talent cultivation systems.
