摘要
我国是化纤生产大国,近年来我国化纤产量总体呈现较快增长态势.数据已成为增强化纤行业竞争力的关键要素,数据驱动制造是智能制造的必要条件,同时数据安全也成为智能制造安全的重中之重.本文结合化纤行业基本特点及数据特点,通过调研化纤行业重点企业,从企业数据安全管理(制度、机构、人员、运维、应急)和数据全生命周期安全(数据收集、存储、使用加工、传输、提供、公开、销毁)两个维度进行风险分析,提出化纤行业数据安全防护体系架构,从管理层面和技术层面说明具体安全要求,探索建立化纤行业工业数据安全防护体系.
Abstract
China is a big country in chemical fiber production,and in recent years,China's chemical fiber output has generally shown a rapid growth trend.Data has become a key factor to enhance the competitiveness of chemical fiber industry.Data-driven manufacturing is a necessary condition for intelligent manufacturing,and data security has also become the top priority of intelligent manufacturing security.Based on the basic features and data characteristics of chemical fiber industry,this paper analyzes the specific risks from two dimensions:enterprise data security management(system,organization,personnel,operation and maintenance,emergency response)and data life cycle security(data collection,storage,processing,transmission,provision,disclosure and destruction)by investigating key enterprises in chemical fiber industry.It proposes a data security protection system architecture for the chemical fiber industry,explains specific security requirements from both management and technical levels,and explores the establishment of an industrial data security protection system for the chemical fiber industry.
