Research on Digital Improvement of Production Management Based on FAS System
This paper takes the wheel disc manufacturing workshop of W Company as the research object,and studies the digital improvement of production management based on the FAS(Find Analyec Solution)system.There are some prob-lems in the wheel disc manufacturing workshop of W Company,such as weak timeliness of production plan release and adjustment,insufficient capacity of production plan coordination,low agility of production management,and the level of production management informatization to be improved.Through the FAS system,the information construction of produc-tion management process can promote the collaborative integration of the plan of the roulette manufacturing workshop,ef-fectively improve the production efficiency and organizational effect of the roulette manufacturing workshop,reduce the management cost,provide accurate data support for decision-makers,and improve the production management level of the roulette manufacturing workshop.
