柔性作业车间调度问题由来已久,为优化车间调度问题,建立了车间优化调度模型.对生产车间单目标展开分析,以最短时间完成最大任务量为优化目标,构建柔性车间调度模型.考虑车间生产为多目标调度优化问题,将生产能耗、设备负荷、最大任务时间以及延期时间作为四个优化目标,采用多目标进化算法(Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm Based on Decomposition,MOE AD)求解车间调度模型.选取柔性生产线某一产品来检验调度优化效果,柔性生产线未优化前产品总的延期时间为63.54分钟,优化后产品总的延期时间为0分钟.同时,设备总能耗、设备总负荷均有明显改善.研究内容对提高柔性生产线工作效率,提升企业竞争优势有重要的参考价值.
Design and implementation of flexible job-shop scheduling model based on multi-objective optimization
The flexible job shop scheduling problem has a long history.In order to optimize the job shop scheduling prob-lem,a job shop optimization scheduling model is established.Based on the analysis of the single objective of the produc-tion workshop,the flexible workshop scheduling model is constructed with the optimization objective of completing the maximum task in the shortest time.Considering that workshop production is a multi-objective scheduling optimization problem,taking production energy consumption,equipment load,maximum task time and delay time as four optimization objectives,the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition(MOEAD)is adopted to solve the work-shop scheduling model.Select a product of the flexible production line to test the scheduling optimization effect.The total delay time of the product before the flexible production line is not optimized is 63.54 minutes,and the total delay time of the optimized product is 0 minutes.At the same time,the total energy consumption and total load of the equipment have been significantly improved.The research content has important reference value for improving the work efficiency of the flexible production line and enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises.
