Research on Construction Technology Management for Continuous Lean
In view of the problems and technical difficulties existing in the current prefabricated building,this paper stud-ies and proposes a construction quality control system for continuous and lean construction,optimizes the installation method during the construction process,standardizes the construction operation,and detects the construction quality through advanced technologies such as 3D laser scanning,endoscope detection,intelligent impact echo detection,etc.At the same time,the grouting sleeve test,chloride ion content detection,and PKPM-PC+SATWE software tracking calcu-lation processes will be added to provide theoretical support for on-site construction of the project.Finally,a comprehen-sive evaluation and analysis of the construction quality management system of a prefabricated residential building project is conducted using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Evaluation Method.The results show that the consistency inspection index of the project,the comprehensive score of the quality management system is 9.0245,and the cost of lean construction capability is 7.5%lower than that of traditional management means,which indicates that the system is effec-tive and has good effect in prefabricated residential building projects.
