建筑工程施工质量的精益管理策略及应用评价方法研究

建筑业事关民生大计,如何实现低成本高质量的施工建设尤为重要.从精益化管理思想出发,建立了全员责任因素、过程系统因素、质量标准因素、检查精细因素以及持续改进因素五大一级指标,并下设了管理体制、责任制度等18个二级指标.同时,借助层次分析法和熵权法得到了主观和客观融合的权重计算模型,并针对建立的施工质量管理评价指标进行了应用.结果显示,全员责任因素、过程系统因素、质量标准因素、检查精细因素以及持续改进因素组合权重指标分别为0.1867、0.0735、0.1483、0.2713以及0.2646.因此,这表明检查环节是提升质量管理的关键,需要引起管理者重视.
Research on lean management strategy and application evaluation method of construction quality
The construction industry is related to the people's livelihood,so how to achieve low-cost and high-quality construction is particularly important.Based on the idea of lean management,the study established five first level indica-tors,namely,overall responsibility factor,process system factor,quality standard factor,fine inspection factor and continu-ous improvement factor,and set up 18 second level indicators,including management system and responsibility system.At the same time,with the help of AHP and entropy weight method,the subjective and objective fusion weight calculation model is obtained,and the construction quality management evaluation index established is applied.The results showed that the combined weight indexes of all staff responsibility factor,process system factor,quality standard factor,fine in-spection factor and continuous improvement factor were 0.1867,0.0735,0.1483,0.2713 and 0.2646 respectively.Therefore,it shows that the inspection link is the key to improve quality management,which needs to be paid attention to by managers.
