基于超级账本和DQN的农产品供应链溯源和管理平台

为实现农产品供应链的产品跟踪溯源并改善供应链信息管理,确保消费者的食品安全并提高系统参与者的收益,提出了基于区块链和深度增强学习的农产品供应链管理解决方案.首先,利用超级账本(Hyperledg-er Fabric)部署基于区块链的农产品供应链管理系统,对农产品从产地到终端消费者的交付进行全程监测和跟踪溯源.其后,在数据存储池中利用DQN实现农产品生产和仓储的高效决策,最大化供应链参与成员的利益.最后,利用REST API实现区块链网络与数据存储池模块的通信,支持系统成员实现高效安全的交互.安全性分析和仿真结果表明,所提系统可实现安全、可问责、可审核的去中心化农产品供应链管理,系统响应和查询时间能够满足现实应用需求,且所提DQN算法能够有效改善供应链成员的生产和仓储决策效率.
Traceability and Management Platform for Agricultural Product Supply Chain based on Hyperledger Fabric and deep Q Network
In order to realize the tracing and traceability of the agricultural products and improve the supply chain infor-mation management,thereby ensuring the food safety of consumers and increasing the profits of system participants,a blockchain and deep reinforcement learning-based agricultural product supply chain management solution is proposed.Firstly,a blockchain-based agricultural product supply chain management system is deployed using Hyperledger Fabric to monitor and trace the entire trade and delivery process of agricultural products from the origin to the end consumer.Secondly,Deep Q Netwrok(DQN)is used in the data storage pool to realize efficient decision-making in the produc-tion and storage of agricultural products,and maximize the interests of the participating members of the supply chain.The REST API is used to realize the communication between the blockchain network and the data storage pool module,allowing system members to perform efficient and safe interaction.The security analysis and simulation results show that the proposed system can achieve credible,accountable,auditable and decentralized agricultural supply chain manage-ment,the system response and query delays can meet the needs of practical applications,and the proposed DQN algo-rithm can effectively improve the production and storage decisions of the supply chain members.
