基于动态管理控制方法的建筑工程造价评估

建筑工程造价评估有利于优化工程资源配置、降低施工成本.在此背景下,提出一种基于动态管理控制方法的评估方法.前一部分利用动态管理控制方法追踪工程造价影响因素.后一部分利用粒子群算法优化神经网络参数,基于改进神经网络构建建筑工程造价评估模型,以追踪到的工程造价影响因素为输入,输出建筑工程造价评估值.结果表明:该方法应用中得出的各个阶段的工程造价评估值与造价预算更为接近,误差相对较小,由此证明了该评估方法的有效性.
Cost Evaluation of Construction Projects Based on Dynamic Management Control Method
Cost evaluation of construction projects is beneficial for optimizing the allocation of engineering resources and reducing construction costs.In this context,research an evaluation method based on dynamic management control meth-od.In the previous part of this study,dynamic management control methods were used to track the factors affecting engi-neering costs.The latter part uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize neural network parameters,con-structs a construction project cost evaluation model based on improved neural network,takes the tracked engineering cost influencing factors as input,and outputs the construction project cost evaluation value.The results indicate that the engi-neering cost evaluation values for each stage obtained under the application of the research method are closer to the cost budget,with relatively small errors,which proves the effectiveness of the research evaluation method.
