无线传感器网络与Zigbee的建筑施工安装现场信息分析方法

为提高建筑施工安装效率、保障施工质量、增强施工安全性,提出基于无线传感器网络与Zigbee的建筑施工安装现场信息分析方法.将无线传感器网络与Zigbee技术相结合,建立建筑施工安装现场信息采集平台,利用该平台实时采集建筑施工安装现场相关数据信息.利用模糊贴近度算法对采集到的多源传感器建筑施工安装现场数据信息实施融合分析后,构建施工安装现场数据集,将其作为后续数据分析的基础数据集.采用孤立森林数据分析技术,检测存在于施工安装现场数据集中的异常值,根据异常值检测结果来判断建筑施工安装现场哪些环节出现问题,以便及时作出相应的预警干预.实验表明,数据量增至90G时,误码率始终低于0.20%,数据传输速率高于 700 Mb·s-1,信噪比为 75 dB;样本数量为 200 和 300 时,AUC值高于98%.证实了该方法可以实时、准确地采集到建筑施工安装现场相关数据信息,根据这些数据信息可以精准检测出异常数值.
Wireless Sensor Network and Zigbee's Construction and Installation Site Information Analysis Method
To improve the efficiency of construction and installation,ensure construction quality,and enhance construc-tion safety,a construction and installation site information analysis method based on wireless sensor networks and Zigbee is proposed.Combining wireless sensor networks with Zigbee technology,establish an information collection platform for construction and installation sites,and use this platform to collect real-time data and information related to construction and installation sites;After using the fuzzy closeness algorithm to fuse and analyze the multi-source sensor construction and installation site data collected,a construction and installation site dataset is constructed as the basic dataset for sub-sequent data analysis;Using isolated forest data analysis technology,detect outliers in the construction and installation site dataset,and based on the outlier detection results,determine which links in the construction and installation site have problems,so as to make corresponding early warning interventions in a timely manner.The experiment shows that when the data volume increases to 90 G,the error rate is always below0.20%,and the data transmission rate is higher than700 Mb·s-1;Whenthesignal-to-noise ratio is75dB and the sample size is200 and300,the AUC value is higher than 98%.It has been confirmed that this method can collect real-time and accurate data information related to construction and installation sites,and abnormal values can be accurately detected based on this data information.
