Experimental study on specific bacterial community construction and its effect on semi-coke wastewater treatment
As semi-coke wastewater is difficult to be biodegraded, pharmaceutical wastewater biochemical treatment process was adopted, specific bacterial community which is resistant to polyphenols was screened from sludge in pharmaceutical wastewater biochemical treatment system. The acclimated specific bacterial community was used to treat semi-coke wastewater, and its good detoxification performance was verified through static test, besides, the biochemical treatment situation of semi-coke wastewater was simulated using dynamic test. The ef-fect of the specific bacterial community on toxicity decrease and removal of COD,organic nitrogen and total ni-trogen in semi-coke wastewater, were studied through static test and dynamic test. The results showed that,spe-cific bacteria community could effectively reduce the toxicity of the semi-coke wastewater, the minimum inhibito-ry concentration(MIC)increased from 3%to above 30%,the biological toxicity decreased by 10 times, the re-moval rates of COD and organic nitrogen reached 62.19%and 56.9%respectively,the B/C value of the wastewa-ter was increased from 0.12 to 0.43,the biodegradability of the effluent water was significantly promoted,The said specific bacterial community can be used for detoxification pretreatment of semi-coke wastewater, and the biochemical treatment effect of semi-coke wastewater can be improved by detoxification pretreatment.
