Experimental study on direct ultrafiltration of mine water
In order to solve the problems of the existing mine water treatment process such as long process flow and unstable effluent water quality, optimize mine water treatment process as well, taking the mine water of a mine in Hebei province as the research object, the direct ultrafiltration short process was used to carry out experimental research, the influence of backwashing time, backwashing cycle, working pressure and some other process parameters on ultrafiltration were investigated, and proper cleaning reagent was screened also. The results indicated that, the optimal process parameters were as follows:the backwashing time was 120 s,the backwashing cycle was 60 min,and the transmembrane pressure was 0.25 MPa.Through a 300-minute test under the above condition, the membrane flux was 136 L/(m2·h),which maintained at 91%of the initial membrane flux, the effluent turbidity was stable below 0.05 NTU,the optimal cleaning reagent for membrane fouling was 0.2%HCl.The unpolluted membrane and polluted membrane before and after acid washing and alkali washing were tested by SEM and EDS respectively, the results indicated that, the main factors causing the difference of acid and alkali washing effect were hardness ions and aluminum ions in mine water.
