Application of high efficiency vacuum deoxidation system in water injection treatment system of oilfield
In view of the phenomena of uneven water distribution,gas crossing and pressure interference between chambers of conventional vacuum deoxidation tower,as well as the existing problems such as low deoxi-dization efficiency,large equipment size and so on,the design of water distribution system,packing selection and water spray tray of the vacuum deoxidation tower were modified.The modified vacuum deoxidation tower can re-move oxygen more efficiently,reduce the reagent dosage,and save construction and operation costs.The effluent water quality after the treatment is good and meets the oxygen content requirement of oilfield water injection and production water supply.
