摘要

物理吸附分离技术作为油水分离的主要发展方向,具有成本低,操作简单和环境友好等优点,海绵作为具有三维网状结构的多孔材料,具有很强吸附性能,可以作为亲油疏水吸附材料的基材.综述了聚氨酯和三聚氰胺海绵疏水改性的最新成果.从疏水改性层的种类出发,介绍了硅烷表面改性、石墨烯改性和纳米材料改性3种改性海绵亲油疏水材料的制备方法,同时指出目前合成方法存在的不足之处主要体现在改性层脱落、制备工艺复杂和难处理乳化油等方面.

Abstract

As the main development direction of oil-water separation,physical adsorption separation tech-nology has several advantages such as low cost,simple operation,and environmental friendliness.Sponage,as a porous material with three-dimensional network structure,has strong adsorption performance and can be used as a substrate for oleophylic and hydrophobic adsorption materials.The latest achievements in hydrophobic modifi-cation of polyurethane and melamine sponge were elaborated.Starting from the types of hydrophobic modified layers,the preparation methods of three modified sponge hydrophobic materials:silane surface modification,grapheme modification,and nanomaterial modification were introduces.At the same time,it was also pointed out that,the shortcomings of the current synthesis methods mainly reflected in the detachment of the modified layer,complex preparation process,and difficulty in treating emulsified oil.
