摘要

应用AFT Fathom软件对某大型化工厂循环水系统管网进行水力学分析计算,得出循环水系统管网的流量、压力分配情况.与传统手算方法相比,该方法能够优化设计,提高设计准确性,减少工程运行成本,对于同类型给水排水系统的设计优化具有指导意义.

Abstract

ATF Fathom software is applied to hydraulic analysis and calculation of cooling water system pipe network in a large-scale chemical plant,and the flow rate and pressure distribution of the system pipe net-work are obtained.The design of the engineering project was optimized,compared to traditional manual calcula-tion method,the said software improves the accuracy of the design and reduces the operation cost,which has guiding significance for the design optimization of similar water supply and drainage systems.
