摘要
通过国外某大型石化项目海水冷却系统设计,对海水直流冷却及海水循环冷却2种设计方案进行比较,从工艺流程、平面布置、构筑物设置、设备选型及投资估算等方面进行探讨,分析了设计中注意事项,以及设计中遇到的重难点问题,总结出相关思路及经验,以供类似项目参考.
Abstract
Through the design of the seawater cooling system of a foreign large-scale petrochemical project,2 design schemes:seawater once-through cooling and seawater circulating cooling were compared from aspects of process flow,plane layout,structures setting up,equipment selection,investment estimation,and so on.The mat-ters needing attention as well as the important and difficult problems encountered in the design were analyzed;besides,the relevant ideas and experience were summarized,which provided reference for similar projects.
