贵州高原某市政污水处理厂MBBR提标改造效果分析

摘要
贵州高原某污水处理项目采用MBBR工艺对生物池进行了原池改造,将出水标准由GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级B提高至一级A标准,最大程度上利用了原有生物池,节省占地.改造后,系统对各类污染物表现出了良好的去除效果,出水稳定达到设计要求.高通量测序显示,悬浮载体生物膜的微生物丰富度和多样性均高于活性污泥,为提高系统性能奠定了微生物学基础;悬浮载体生物膜上硝化菌属的相对丰度远高于活性污泥,强化了系统的硝化性能.本项目的直接运行成本为0.198元/m3,可为我国西南地区同类项目提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
A sewage treatment project in Guizhou plateau adopted MBBR process for biological tank recon-struction,and then raised the effluent standard from level B grade 1 to level A grade 1 in GB 18918-2002 Dis-charge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.The said project made the best use of the original biological tank and saved land at the same time.The reconstructed system showed good removal effect on various pollutants and the effluent water quality stably met the design discharge standard.High-throughput se-quencing showed that the microbial richness and diversity of suspended carrier biofilm were higher than that of activated sludge,which laid a microbiological foundation for system performance improvement,besides,the rela-tive abundance of nitrifying bacteria on the suspended carrier biofilm was much higher than that of the activated carbon,which strengthened the nitrification performance of the system.The direction operation cost of the project is 0.198 yuan/m3,which can provide reference for similar projects in southwest China.
