Determination of 1,3-butadiene and 1-bromopropane in drinking water source by purge-trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
1,3-butadiene and 1-bromopropane in drinking water source were determinated by purge-trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry using the mode of SIM,and the methodology of this method was investi-gated.The results showed that,the linear range of the two pollutants was good,the correlation coefficients of 1,3-butadiene and 1-bromopropane were 0.999 9 and 0.998 0 respectively;the detection limits were 0.2 and 0.3 μg/L respectively,and the quantitative limits were 0.8 and 1.2 μg/L respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of accuracy of high,middle and low concentrations were between 2.6%to 7.6%;and the standard recovery rates of the actual samples with high,middle and low concentrations ranged from 84%to 122%;while the stan-dard recovery rates of the substitutes were 70.4%-103%.It showed that,the method has low detection limits,good linearity and precision,and high accuracy.
